I have a question, and I prefer to speak to someone. When is your office open?

We are on Pacific  time, and we go to Daylight Savings time in the summer. We are in the office 9 a. m. to 5 p. m. Monday through Friday. If we don’t answer, leave a message. We promise to return your call within 1 business day.

How can I contact you with an inquiry?

Use the Contact Us inquiry form—reached from the button Contact Us at the top of the website.

How can I get information about Carla’s ‘live’ presentations and webinars?

There’s lots of information available in Carla’s Events section, including a full Meeting Planners’ Toolkit, with all the information you need to submit Carla to your decision-makers. In addition, you can complete the inquiry form on the site and Carla will personally contact you.

Discounts, Specials, and Quantity Discounts

I’m on a budget. I want to buy more than one product. Do you have ‘specials’?

Yes.  Often, we have specials, discounts, and bonuses. Check the website frequently! Also, if you’re a member of our CC Coaching Club (a client of either our Career Achievement or Leadership Mastery programs), you receive a 30% discount on selected resources during the program, and 10% off resources—for life!

Discounts: There are also discounts for purchasing $300, $500, or over $1000 of resources. The shopping cart will automatically compute your discounts as you shop.

Quantity discounts: When you buy several copies of my coaching programs, Up and Running in 30 Days, or The On Track to Success in 30 Days System for Experienced Agents, you automatically  receive substantial discounts.

Resources: About shipping and receiving your resources

I’m really anxious to get my resources! How long will it take to ship my products from the time I order?

Generally, we ship within 3 business days.

How do you ship?

We ship UPS ground. If you want faster shipping, give us a call at 425-392-6914  to get a quote on pricing for next day air, 2 day, etc. Or, email us at info@carlacross.com. A caveat: It’s a lot more expensive to ship on one of these expedited plans.

How long will it take to get my resources?

If you are in the 48 states, it will take 5-7 business days, UPS ground. If you need them sooner, call us and we’ll discuss other UPS options and time frames.

Do you ship to P. O. numbers?

No. Since we ship UPS, we can’t deliver to a post office box. We’ll need a street address.

How will I know my resources have been shipped?

You will receive an email from us telling you that your resource has been shipped as of a certain date.

Will you ship to my residence?

Sure.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to the 48 states, plus Hawaii and Alaska. We also ship to Puerto Rico. We ship to Canada. If you are not in one of those states or countries, our shopping cart will tell you if shipping to your country is not possible by CC & Co. at this time.

Where are you located?

We are located in the Seattle, Washington area, in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.

What if I decide I don’t want the resource after I receive it?

We want you to know that so infrequently happens, it surprises the heck out of us if it does!  If you’re not happy with your resource, return it to us within 30 days and receive a full refund—no questions. (Just pay the return shipping, please).

I got a bonus with my order. Do I have to return it, too?

No. Even if you return the resource, keep the bonus.

What if I lose a CD?

If you bought it from us, we will gladly replace your lost CD FREE (as long as we are still producing the product, and have CDs, of course). We just have to verify in our records that you did buy it directly from us.

About using the materials

Can I use the materials to copy for other people?

These materials are copyrighted, and are for individual use. If you are an owner, manager, or trainer, and want to use the materials in some other fashion, give Carla a call at 425-392-6914 and discuss it. Carla has worked with companies in licensing her programs. But, without a license agreement, you are violating copyright law. And, being an ethical, professional real estate salesperson or owner, you wouldn’t do such a thing!

I own a company. I want to ‘brand’ some of your materials. How do I do that?

Give Carla a call. She has worked with Re/Max Eastern Canada, Re/Max Europe, Royal LePage, and GMAC, among others, to write and brand programs unique to each culture. Plus, Carla has written programs for CRB (Certified Real Estate Brokers), so you know she meets the highest standards of resource production.

How do Carla’s resources ‘rate’ in the industry?

Many of Carla’s management resources are rated so highly that they are promoted by CRB (Certified Real Estate Brokerage Institute),  the Realtors’ management arm of the National Association of Realtors. They undergo stringent judgment by leading managers and owners  to attain this endorsement. No other speaker/writer is endorsed to that extent. Some of her resources are also promoted by the CRS, Certified Residential Specialist, the Realtors’ graduate level salespeople’s arm of the National Association of Realtors.

What resources to use—Managers’ Section

I’m a new manager. What should I buy to get my brokerage ‘up and running’?

I’m a manager, and I want to use your systems to hire and train winners. But, I don’t have time to learn a complex system. What’s the best and easiest way for me to implement them without re-inventing the wheel?

As a manager, I know I need to recruit. What should I use?

I’m a manager, and I’ve been told that I need to create a new agent training program. But, frankly, I don’t have time nor, I’m afraid, the expertise that I need. What do you suggest?

Training for productivity. It’s all done for you, and it’s called Advantage 2.0. I’ve written a program that’s so easy to do that it practically teaches itself! We already have lots of training. Why do I need Advantage 2.0?

Yes, we all have what we call training. But, it doesn’t get results. It just informs. There’s nothing wrong with that, except—you need $$$$$$$$$$$ results to keep those doors open—and to retain winners (and to recruit!). So, Advantage 2.0 doesn’t replace your training, it provides the missing ‘link’: Accountability to making money, with ‘just in time’ training to get the jobs done.

I just took over a failing office. I badly need a way to coach some of my experienced agents to higher productivity—or get them out of the business. What do you suggest?

I don’t hire new agents. I need a training program for my experienced agents. What do you have for me?

Training experienced agents. Some companies use Advantage 2.0 very successfully to train their experienced agents. Also, there are about 20 ‘stand alone’ training modules in Advantage 2.0 that are suitable for training experienced agents. So, when you license Advantage 2.0, you really get 2 training programs!

How are your resources different from others?

I see agents advertising that they make lots of millions of dollars with their own systems. Why shouldn’t I buy theirs?

In my experience hiring, training, and coaching thousands of agents, just checklists aren’t enough. You need some training and coaching built into those resources! In addition, ask yourself how many assistants and employees those agents have to get those results? In researching them, I’ve found they employ 5-20 assistants and other agents. So, those numbers aren’t from their individual efforts. They actually own real estate companies!

I will be your personal, professional teacher. My products are complete “tutorials” for you. But, in addition, they have the systems you need to follow through. One without the other just won’t make it!

Most important to you is to pick systems that will take you to the next level. Pick systems that are developed with YOUR best interests in mind—not just systems used by someone else who isn’t ‘walking in your shoes’.
